Canada Post Updates:
With Canada Post resuming operations (with rotating action) we will return to shipping BC & PO Box orders via Canada Post.
Orders with locations beyond BC will continue be shipped via Purolator. USA orders will be via FedEx.
Please note there may be delays between when your order is ready and when it is picked up.
NOTE: Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes, physical addresses only.
A Note to our US Customers:
Good News: We have been able to source a reliable shipping method that allows us to send our hats under the USMCA, of which we are a part of.
Meaning, you will not be charged duty upon receiving your order.
We now have a streamlined process with FedEx and so far the delays have been minimal
Please note: There will be a small entrance fee for your order to enter the USA that has to be paid to FedEx. We are not responsible for this charge.
If you choose to place an order, please be aware we have no control over how long it takes an order to clear customs with the new regulations.
