Canada Post Updates:
With the recently announced strike action we will now be shipping all Canadian Orders via Purolator or FedEx.
Please note there may be delays between when your order is ready and when it is picked up.
NOTE: Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes, physical addresses only.
A Note to our US Customers:
Good News: We have been able to source a reliable shipping method that allows us to send our hats under the USMCA, of which we are a part of.
Meaning, you will not be charged duty upon receiving your order.
We now have a streamlined process with FedEx and so far the delays have been minimal
Please note: There will be a minimal entrance fee for your order to enter the USA that has to be prepaid through FedEx prior to arrival. We are not responsible for this charge.
If you choose to place an order, please be aware we have no control over how long it takes an order to clear customs with the new regulations.
